We had a 4 night stay in the hotel in the new part in a superior suite, was a really good sized room everything was fab, quick easy check in, we had a bottle of prosecco in the room, thank you for that :)
Room was cleaned every day with clean towels etc, food was adequate with enough choice for breakfast to keep us going throughout our busy days out and about ...

Fantastic location,2 mins from the tram stop and the supermarkets .Our room was very good and spacious ,allowing my teenage son for some privacy.The bidet in the bathroom made me chuckle,plenty of towels available,excellent housekeeping service.The staff were very friendly and accommodating ,the restaurant staff though need to understand that they shouldnt hover over people to clear the dirty plates-it gets annoying...

Stayed at the Hotel with friends. Everything about the hotel was very efficient from the receptionists through to the cleaning staff and breakfast staff. The rooms were an excellent size, as was the bed, with a separate bathroom and free safe. The room was warm but you could control the temperature using aircon if necessary.

Perfect for our needs

The hotel was a good location with easy access within walking distance or public transport to all the sights.
Our room was large and on the 4th floor in the main building. There was some noise from the breakfast service on the 5th floor in the mornings but we were up anyway.
Breakfast was fresh although personally needed better coffee not from machines.
Luggage store for our last day as flight in evening.

Lovely big bedroom

Lovely big room with en suite. Comfy large bed with tea and coffee facilities.
Lovely breakfast, hot and cold food. Breakfast room is on the top floor with lovely views across the city.
About a 20minute walk into prague centre but there are trams around the corner which would take you if you didn't fancy the walk.
Would definitely recommend a stay here....
