Stayed here recently on a Work trip - great central location , spacious rooms and good selection for breakfast.
Stayed for 3 nights , good wifi and blackout blinds.
Hotel was spotless and i couldnt find a fault.
Small bar downstairs was fairly priced as well.
Would stay here again ...

I popped along to this hotel for a short break. The location was ideal and made for a perfect base to walk to anywhere in Prague. The room was pleasant enough with water and some sweets on arrival. The bathroom was ok, with toiletries provided but had to ask for towels. Aircon was effective, no noise from outside or other guests. Comfortably spacious rooms, central location (oldtown, near the river and all essential landmarks are a walking distance away), good breakfast options. Nice view through the window too. Staff was able to book us a 2 hour Prague Boats tour as well as consult on which tour to choose....

Awful awful experience. Having visited many hotels throughout europe, this trip had to be cancelled due to a family emergency. I contacted both the receptionist and the hotel manager and apologised for the 24 hours cancellation.. Neither were helpful, id even go as both being very rude and arrogant.
