Clean, helpful and well-situated for touring

Excellent hotel, very clean and nicely appointed rooms. A/c works well during the early Sept heat wave, the front desk staff were great, so helpful to orient us to the city. Well located to old town and many great restaurants, the state opera and other landmarks. Also walkable from the main train station, trams and subways. Would stay here again....

10/10 stay at the Hotel Essence! I highly recommend booking this property if you are vacationing in Prague. Its the perfect location, I walked a lot as well as used the local transportation systems. Front desk staff is EXTREMELY nice and accommodating. I was able to check in early and exchange my euros for the local currency with no hassle. Wonderful stay, and good value for the money. Convenient location: five minute walk from the train station, and ten minutes to old town. Adam, the front desk clerk, is a treasure. Breakfast is substantial and suited to varying European and American tastes. We recommend Restaurant Zem, across the same square....

The hotel is in top location between Prague central station and the historical district. Therefore it´s perfect for people travelling to Prague by train.
The hotel seems to be quiet new - the rooms are spacy and modern. The bed is comfortable and the bath room has everything you expect. You can choose between bigger rooms with a small balcony and city view to the place in front of the building or normal rooms to the...

Very good value for money. Great staff, smooth checkin and great rooms. Very clean and well maintained and centrally located close to many of the sights in the old town. Second day here was my birthday and when we came back after some sightseeing, there was a bottle of bubbly wine in the room with a birthday card....
