Stayed for 4 nights, very big clean and comfy room, shower a bit dodgy, red hot water all the time, couldn't make the man understand so didn't use it, can't comment on food cos went out every day for it, close to everything once you get your bearings. The Old Square, famous clock, Charles bridge and lots more all close by. Will stay here again when we go back. We were in room 108 ground floor right next to cleaners c...

Really good hotel, clean, the customer service are friendly and kind, good beds, yummy breakfast. The hotel is really near at the city center you can walk any were and enjoy the city. Most of all the places are around 10 or 20 min walking. Enjoy it...

Nice hotel in great location but cleaning standards are deplorable

The location of this hotel is excellent as it is within a few minutes walk of Old Town Square, Charles Bridge, and other places of interest.
However it is very noisy at night both outside and inside the hotel. The constant noise from the slamming of rooms doors could be prevented quite inexpensively by installing soft close mechanisms.
There is a lift.
Beware to avoid stepping in dog poo on the street outside.

What a fantastic find! Absolutely no complaints at all. Our room was spacious, clean, large bathroom with walk in shower. The beds were really comfortable. The breakfasts were very good too with lots of choice, breads, cereals, yogurts, meats, cheeses, cakes. Tea and coffee machine in reception area, which was all free too and which we made good use of. Traveled with a friend. We were met by a very sweet receptionist who gave us great advise on restaurants in Prague. Room was spacious and clean.
Location is very central.
We had the breakfast twice, first time quite late so it was a little tierd, much better the second round when we came earlier in the morning. There was room for improvement on the coffee though.
