Im Tour Leader and was checking in my group with a total number of 8 rooms for two nights on 17 November 2024!
After checking in, one of my guest went up to the room and notice is the wrong room type and call me on my mobile phone. We've stayed at this hotel three times and we'd be happy to go back. The hotel is right next to the shopping mall and food court (you don't even have to go to the restaurants), and it's above the metro station. The location is ideal, even if it's not in the city centre. You can get anywhere pretty quickly.

Stayed for few days in this Newly renovated hotel and had a great stay!. Super nice and stylish rooms with a nice view. Very nice bathroom with bath. Rooms has a mini bar and coffee and tea faculties. Metro station is 2 min walk and the metro takes you in less then 10 min to the city centre. There is even an access from the hotel to next door shopping mall with a food corner and supermarket and also an access to m...

Hotel was beautiful clean, desk staff and housekeeping great, concierge very friendly and happy, bartenders were absolutely terrible!!!! Poor service, disgusting attitude, rude, grumpy, and not just one...ALL of them!!! This is a problem that should be addressed!...

Too expensive for a solo traveller

Good hotel but the only reason to go is a business trip and if you need to be in the area and yr company pays your bill. Otherwise is too expensive to be so far from city centre. Not being meant for tourists the rate for a "single" room is overprized.
I went as I had to join a meeting there and I hadn't other choice but the location is really bad. Very far from airport....
