The service of the staff at breakfast is extremely poor. There are not enough tables for all the guests, so there is often a wait for a free table. The staff does not prepare the tables for new guests. They only pick up the plates, but they do not replace the dirty tablecloths or provide new cutlery. One of the fluffiest pillows and duvets I have ever slept on. The room was clean and warm. Bathroom and toilet could be better maintained though. Breakfast had a variety of fresh options, but the quality was not where we would like it to be, especially the bread. good location, good hotel and good value for money.I asked for hight floor and quiet room.I got one at fifth floor and to backyard.So quiet!Very clean, friendly staff,breakfest was good.They have Spa ,hade no time for massage.Only thing is 22 celsius was cold for me in the room....

This was a great hotel that was close to our meeting venue. The breakfast was great and plenty to choose from. Even though the weather was cold outside, the room was comfortable and the blankets appropriate. The front desk was very helpful and available to book my airport transfer. Definitely will return....

We found this to be a very reasonably priced hotel that was ideally located to explore the city. The nearby Bistros and restaurants (for example, the Mexican) where excellent. It was easy to jump on trams from the nearby stops. The breakfast offered much variety and got our days out off to a good start. The staff were very helpful.
