Beautiful hotel with Viennese style vibe and a wonderful Christmas spice smell as you walked in. Panelled rooms and elegance everywhere. Big rooms and ours was the most basic one. Stunning bathroom and vast bed. The hotel has been here for over 100 years and felt like a very stylish place to stay in Prague. Room was very clean and they had thought of everything to make us comfy. Loved the dressing gown and slippers...

A nice hotel in a central location. The rooms are quite spacious although a little dark and a bit dated. Staff were OK, not overly welcoming though. A good place to stay if you want to explore Prague without having to venture too far from the hotel....

Beautiful hotel, great service and incredible location. I would absolutely come again. The staff was amazing, anything we asked for they provided. Gorgeous buffet breakfast, clean rooms and beautiful furnishings. Very comfortable bed as well!...

Most fabulous hotel in the heart of the city
Opulent rooms for the price
Fantastic beds and outstanding service
Close to rail and bus network easy to get around and stopped in history many famous guests have stayed here
