Charming in its own way but dated.
Payable bottles of water in the room (129kr).
Breakfast was prepared to a price, not a standard. It was hard to choose something we wanted.
Abrupt service; asked to leave at the end of breakfast as they had to close the lift.

Stepanka, the hostess at the breakfast room, was incredibly kind and helpful. She made sure we were treated very well. The food was delicious and the room was large enough so that we were quickly seated. I was surprised at the number of gluten free options that were available....

My wife and I stayed at the Palace for 3 days as a precursor to our Viking river cruise. We were very pleased with the room and the staff. The feature that I was most impressed with was the breakfast buffet. It was large and delicious, but the most important, and surprising, was the wonderful gluten-free bread. Visited their restaurant to celebrate my wife's birthday. Nice venue . Staff and food excellent (although the menu is limited) . Food at a reasonable price , drinks even better priced. We enjoyed the visit and manager was excellent . Would recommend to anyone visiting Prague....

Reception staff helpful and friendly
Breakfast excellent with service of a very high standard. Friendly helpful welcome by Stephanea. Gluten free options available and clearly marked.
Also enjoyed a meal in the informal restaurant in the lobby. Again attentive service and a good choice of food....
