This was a fantastic hotel in a brilliant location. A short walk to all of the major sights.
The hotel was warm and welcoming, with friendly and attentive staff.
The room was comfortable and well appointed, with all that we needed for a three night stay.
Breakfast was brilliant, with a wide selection of options all of which were high quality.
Overall Id definitely recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a comfo...

The staff at this hotel are exceptional in making sure you have a great stay in Prague. No issues at all. Highly recommended. Kudos to Stepanna and Her staff. The breakfast buffet is exceptional and the food at the restaurant is just wonderful. Rooms are clean and appreciate the daily water and apples in our room. We were very pleased....

Lovely hotel. Easy access to everywhere you need to get to. The staff were very friendly and extremely attentive. The food was great and the room was fab; large, clean and comfortable. There was a good selection of food for breakfast and again, the service was good. In the bar downstairs there are lots of signed photos of A list celebrities who have stayed there back in its prime in the late nineties and early 2000s ...

Great location, walkable to everything we wanted to see in Old Town and the Castle area. Very comfortable bed and pillows. The food at the Palace restaurant was delicious and the staff friendly. We particularly enjoyed our included breakfast buffet. The service was great and as well as the food. We prioritize location for our hotel stays. This location is perfect, right on the edge of old town, and it was beautiful as well.. Our room was on the side of the hotel on the fifth floor and was totally quiet.
