I went to the Hotel with my spouse to propose to her. It was the most amazing experience. I talked to Nikoleta from the reception beforehand and she was incredible organizing decorations and our stay!! We can totally recommend everything from Service to rooms and breakfast and hope to visit again in the future....

Room was ok. Bathroom was fine. Room was very clean. Location was very good. As we were on the main street our room was extremely noisy. Plus we had to leave our hotel to cross the road for breakfast. The selection for breakfast was ok...nothing outstanding about it. Would recommend due to price and location....

We really liked the hotel. It is very well located and there are several transport links to the center and the main station.
Tram 9 is a great option.
The room is very good and super warm. It has heating that can be regulated.
Very clean and welcoming.
The breakfast is very, very good and very complete, which is the hotel's strong point.

Itstbe second time i stay in this place. Everything is very nice, location, staff, rooms. In the winter is very warm , you enjoy your staying, roomsare very warm. I strongly recomend it to everyone! It is close to main rail station and Florence bus terminal....

Geographically it is well-situated; the railway station is approximately 10-15 minutes walk away, and the centre of the city a further few minutes. There is a tram stop very close to the hotel with trams running every few minutes in the centre.
