Initially I spoke to Assel Dossayeva about ordering a taxi from the airport; tourist tax and breakages/mini bar deposit. Assel was very helpful and upgraded us to a deluxe room (love holidays had assigned us 2 single beds). I couldn't fault Assel's service - very professional.

We got here and they immediately took a deposit of 70gbp from my account. We then arrived to our room the deluxe double to which instead of having a double bed we had two single beds that were pushed together which left a gap in between the beds. On top of this they gave us 1 single blanket each which we did report and they told us the would sort it with house keeping but they never did. The TV also didnt work whi...

Just returned from 3 nights stay, the hotel is located in a quiet residential area, not far to walk to nearest square and catch a tram.
The hotel is very clean, rooms double deluxe basic, bathroom clean and small.
staff are friendly and very helpful.
few bars and restaurants near by.
Breakfast was good plenty of choice.
Hotel will arrange taxi to pick you up from airport and return back to airport.

Excellent hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. Room very comfortable with modern bathroom. Complimentary tea, coffee and bottled water in the room much appreciated. Breakfast superb with plenty of choice in a lovely sunny room. Small bar/lounge to get a nightcap before bed after a long day sight seeing. Hotel is also in a good position, a 10 minute walk to the the nearest metro station or nearest tram stop....

We arrived to the hotel in style the Uber was nice and fast, once we got into the hotel we were greeted nicely but the English wasnt so good even though the hotel says friendly to everyone, once checked in they told us we needed to give a 2000 CK deposit which is £70 and the deposit covers the mini bar and damages that is a lot considering I took 150 spending money for the few days I was there.
