Excellent location close to all the squares with Christmas markets and the famous clock. Room was large, clean and comfortable with a separate shower and a jacuzzi bath. No kettle in the room, no bottled water. The TV had no BBC or US channels. Breakfast was very good and a nice lobby bar. The hotel restaurant food plenty of srlection and not expensive. Luxurious hotel in the heart of prague

This was an excellent hotel.we chose the junior suite which was extra large and the four poster double bed was super comfy
Staff were very friendly and helpful especially Michael the porter.
I highly recommend this hotel for its superior service and excellent location....

4 nights at the hotel. Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Biggest draw back is that there are no tea making facility in the room. They provide you with hot water facitity but you need to go to the ground floor to fetch the hot water and if you want milk they charge you.
The toaster in the breakfast room was not working and presummed that it would be sorted the following day afyer making a complaint. Nothing was done the...

Bad , Bad, Bad ,it's not a 5 Star hotel at all..!!!

They claim they are a 5 star hotel but absolutely they aren't.
We got the junior suite which was a Very old room ,very dirty , stains all over the walls and floor.
Bathroom is terrible, with a very weak water flow and lot of black stains on the floor ( zero hygiene).
In addition we felt that the dust is everywhere.
We are so disappointed and will never visit this hotel again.

Nice place right in the city centre

Our entire group had an overall positive experience at this hotel. Especially we appreciated the location - it is right on the main square in the middle of all the buzz which actually was very convenient for us!! Staff, rooms, breakfasts... everything was just alright....
