Pedro Feliz at the bar at the hotel single handedly changed our Porto visit for the better. He offered incredible recommendations, incredible hospitality, and warm conversation. A Porto local, he adapted to our requests and shared increíble lunch and dinner recs!...

Super ignorant & unfriendly

As Porto has been one of the most friendliest places so far this Hotel stands out with a super ignorant and arrogant reception which likes to make fun of its customers. Very sad and shameful for a beautiful place with an amazing view. But no worries just 100 meters next to it a super nice Bar with an even better view and friendly stuff :)...

Fantastic views. It was great fun to change elevarors within the jotel and to have two exits at different levels. T was also great to reach by Metro D right at the hotel enteance. The room and bath were not big but comfortable. It was refreshing to have a good coffee option in the room....
