Overall our stay at Villa Foz was very nice and the staff was very accommodating. My husband and I are looking forward to staying again soon!

Vila Foz overall was a nice stay but we were disappointed about a few things. First there were small black flies in the bathroom. When we complained to staff they said they were aware but would not offer compensation for this. Another issue was the room. With the photos we assumed we were staying in and old manor but only some of the rooms are in the main building. Other rooms are across the parking lot in a new bu...

It's hard to describe just how amazing this hotel is, but let me try. Top quality in every aspect. They greet you and your bags are taken to your room almost before you can see what is happening. You are given a cold drink and a place to sit as you go over check-in details; then you receive the full tour with the history of the property, and your guide is willing to answer as many questions as you would like to ask. ...

Stay Away!
This hotel does not deserve any stars in customer relations.
Unfortunately we could not visit their property due to wild fires that were occurring during our stay in beautiful Portugal.
We cancelled our 2 night stay outside of their cancellation penalty and got back one night however they offered us a credit with a expiry date. But being from outside their country we would never be able to use it.

Wonderful hotel, it used to be a palace. The room has got to be one of the prettiest rooms i have seen, very well designed and the archtecture is amazing.
