Very friendly staff extremely helpful and will do there best to help you would recommend this hotel to anyone staff and manager will always say hello English of staff is really good and very helpful extremely clean drinks at the bar are reasonable prices food is very good

The best and definitely not budget

We booked 5 nights at the Star Inn, as we were visiting my parents close by. From arrival to departure the friendly, helpful and patient nature of everyone became obvious. Clean, decent rooms, quiet and looked after. Thank you so much for the attention, the ladies on the 8th floor were amazing.
Breakfast was a good time to get some coffee and a slow start. A decent choice - those pastéis miniatures are delicious! D...

Great hotel, staff super friendly and helpful, reception staff speak good English which made it a lot easier and meant could have a chat at the bar with them. Rooms clean, comfortable and a good size. Would return again for another stay. Good variety at breakfast....

Arrived on a Sunday Afternoon, to a helpful and friendly English speaking reception. Whilst it was 4pm our room was not ready so they changed the allocation. Next morning we were not on the breakfast list they had not amended the room no. In addition the breakfast area was overrun with what turned out to be about 4 coach loads of people.
