The location is excellent and so is the service.
The restaurant's food is a good example of Portuguese food with some creativity and the employees are extremelly friendly and helpful.
Also they prepared some surprises for us as this stay was to celebrate a special day....

Jorge and Inés were our waiters at the A Brasileira restaurant and were absolutely great! They did everything to make me feel at ease and to explain everything they on the menu. Looking forward to returning an get that special desert, Jorge!...

Everything about this hotel is first class: the room was quiet, comfortable and clean; breakfast was superb; and everyone we dealt with was helpful, professional and so pleasant. The hotel Pestana Porto Abrasilera is very, very nice! Clean, great Beds and pillows, Bathroom is Beautiful with the latest update , everything functions to the fullest. This property is billed as a 5 star hotel which is certainly not the case. Carpets are stained in the hallways, wooden floors are scratched, room quality is just meh, shower had moldy grout, staff is unengaged and the breakfast service was a veritable mess with inattentive service and slow food delivery.
