Beautiful hotel was fantastic watching the New Year's eve fireworks from the balcony. The staff were helpful.The food was delicious and the rooftop bar had great views. Would stay again in such a good location.The robot that delivered the food was great and environmentally friendly....

Nice clean hotel

Stayed there for two nights and everything was good . Helpful staff , clean and big room , good breakfast and decent location , about 15 min walk to the historic spots . Its right next to the river so great for a walk along the river in the morning or in the evening with city lights ....

Amazing value for money for a family! Facilities are greta, the room is comfortable and super clean. The staff were great. The location is perfect and beautiful. We loved and we will come back for sure! I just dont recommend eating at ViVa restaurant as the food is overpriced. We ordered a Bacalhau and the place had spoon of meat, just a few pieces- quite disappointing....

NEYA Porto was a beautiful hotel along the river with excellent views and service. The rooms were updated and clean, and the rooftop bar was gorgeous! All staff were extremely welcoming, the food was delicious and we plan to return to NEYA in the future!...

A very positive experience for us - 2 middle-aged couples from the UK. Cannot understand why one reviewer marked the hotel so badly as we enjoyed everything about it. Situated just a 15 minute (flat!) stroll away from all the sights. Good rooms overlooking the courtyard (exactly as the photo shows), polite and friendly service, including returning a lost scarf and a nice surprise birthday bottle and cake delivered...
