A very positive experience for us - 2 middle-aged couples from the UK. Cannot understand why one reviewer marked the hotel so badly as we enjoyed everything about it. Situated just a 15 minute (flat!) stroll away from all the sights. Good rooms overlooking the courtyard (exactly as the photo shows), polite and friendly service, including returning a lost scarf and a nice surprise birthday bottle and cake delivered...

A lovely hotel with all of the facilities and none of the superfluous stuff! Great location, great breakfast and lovely staff. The room was comfortable and the river view was beautiful. Easy access by foot to the old town and lovely rooftop bar that serves light meals also....

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

My recent stay at the Neya Porto was an absolute debacle. The level of customer service was so appalling that it completely overshadowed any positive aspects of the hotel.
The hotel's commitment to customer satisfaction is clearly lacking. It's disheartening to encounter such poor service from a reputable establishment. I would strongly advise anyone considering staying here to reconsider....

Great hotel, good location and nice stylish rooms. Great rooftop bar. Went for business. Parking was a bonus. Would stay again. Breakfast was ok, wide selection and plentiful. Great pancake machine. Buffet style with almost all cuisines catered for....

Amazing location, great hotel, kind staff, amazing breakfast, there is parking and it is very convenient and accessible. Roberto, the cleaning man, is professional and made the experience even better and always with a smile.
When I return to Porto then only to this hotel and I will recommend it to all my friends....
