I was given a tiny shabby room and couldnt get through the very very narrow walk-in shower door! After I contacted the tour company the manager reluctantly moved me the following day to a slightly bigger room with shower over bath. The breakfast was adequate but overcrowded as they cater for large tour groups. This also makes the two tiny lifts hopelessly inadequate. I seldom make negative reviews but this is an exc...

Great hotel, good rooms and bathrooms staff very friendly and helpful excellent breakfast.
Comfy beds. Near to a good shopping area and a nice walk down to the harbour.
Easy to get to from the airport my metro or taxi. Lifts to rooms and a nice bar area...

The staff was very good, the front desk attendants were helpful and at breakfast I would like to highlight the attentive staff of Angelo Nascimento (a great professional, always with a smile) and Emily. The room is very spacious and comfortable.

Great location.
Fair maintenance and in need of some TLC.
Less than friendly staff.
Seems to cater to large groups.
Two very small elevators can accommodate up to 2 people with their medium bags, or 3 people without bags.

We had a good stay here.
Plenty of storage space in the room.
Shower cubicle is small, needs a general refurbishment in the bathroom.
Cleanliness is excellent throughout.
Basic breakfast choices but adequate.
We were lucky to have a large balcony, what a bonus in the glorious sunshine....
