Duplex room worked well for our family of 3.
We stayed for 3 nights.
The duplex room is not for people with little kids 5 and under or people with mobility issues as the bedroom is upstairs.

The staff were so accommodating and helpful! Sergio and the other front desk staff were great at recommending restaurants, answering questions about the area, and helping us get settled into the room. Close to everything in the Ribeira and had all the amenities we could ask for. The breakfast was delicious!...

The welcome we were given at reception was great and hotel itself smells lovely!
We had a superior room and it was lovely, great size with high ceilings but the bathroom was a bit small but had everything we needed.
Location wise it is was fab, we were able to walk everywhere. Would highly recommend. They only couple of things that made we score a 4 and not a 5 were the coffee machines and breakfast, they always nee...

This hotel is outstanding in every way! 5 star amenities, exceptional staff and simply lovely!! My experience in Porto was enhanced by my stay here.
Clearly the management has made a commitment to ensuring that guests are comfortable and well cared for! I have never met a more attentive, caring staff....
