A friend & I were in Porto for the 1st time for 2 nights at the end of a Gate 1 River cruise. Unfortunately at the same time, Porto was affected by the smoke/soot from fires in central Portugal. The air was very thick and smoky and it was wise to wear mask outdoors. The smoke permeated everything, including air conditioning at times. Neither of us has asthma or chronic lung conditions.

We recently stayed at this hotel in Porto and had a good experience overall. The location is central, making it easy to explore the citys main attractions. The rooms were very spacious, modern, and featured modern bathrooms. We had a nice street view from our rooms, adding a touch of local charm to our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout. Although we booked late and the prices were on the higher side...

Beautiful hotel in a great location in Porto. We stayed in the premium room which had multiple beautiful views as well as a full sized balcony. Bed was large and room was spacious and clean. We brought our 1-year-old and they had full accommodations for him including a childrens welcome kit, crib and high chair for breakfast which was delicious....

Excellent customer service at this hotel! Excellent front desk staff that always knew who you were and were always trying to help you with anything and everything. Very nice upscale location a bit away from the crazy chaos of Porto by the water. We always felt peaceful returning to this hotel after a full day of touring this Amazing city. Get away with hubby

When we arrived I thought I was getting a deluxe room with view and balcony. The room was so small that I couldnt fit my 2 luggages in the room. And the room had a foot depth balcony.
After complaining we were apparently upgraded. The breakfast is buffet and they dont offer À la cart.
The location of the hotel is fantastic, the beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean and nice. The staff are not very friendly...
