This hotel is located in the vibrant city center with bars and restaurants in the immediate surroundings. What makes it special is its very cosy unique interiors and most of all the people working here. Every minute they are there for you without the usual fake commercial smile; you can feel they are a good team that has pleasure doing their job. I cannot fault this hotel! Its quirky , modern clean and the staff cannot do enough for you. I went with my partner for our anniversary. Check in was at 3pm but our room was ready at midday so we were able to access our room early. On arrival reception gave us an upgrade on our room and some chocolate covered strawberries as a welcome. Room was modern , clean and we had a large balcony . The whole hotel is so quirky...

This hotel is far from basic but is very chic. From the moment you arrive the care and attention to detail is more than 5 stars. Little touches like a welcome drink, linen bag and sweets left in your room, free tea, coffee and cake in the afternoon and quality products in the bathroom all show you the team behind this hotel care.

Brilliantly located hotel.Staff sooooo friendly,helpful ,nothing was too much trouble .
Querky hotel but fun.Rooms perfect for a City break.Nice restaurant ,good breakfast.
Just cosy and comfortable.Well done all the staff .

Great Hotel

What a brilliant hotel. In a great area, minutes from the famous bookshop and plenty of restaurants steps away, including their own Italian restaurant which was excellent.
Rooms very comfortable and the bathroom had the best shower ever.
Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Cant wait to revisit in July....
