The location of the hotel is very convenient in the square opposite the station. The staff were helpful at all times but I got the impression they were understaffed as only 1 receptionist with a queue of people was often seen. The rooms could do with a bit of upkeep. One of the best hotels in Pisa, very conveninetly located and with friendly and very helpful staff. Breakfast good and comfortable bed, so important in any hotel especiallu=y when working. Hotel ia literally across the road from the railway station; and ity is 20 minutes walk from the aiirport (i walked there to check it)....

The hotel is located in front of the train station and right at the center of the city. The only problem is that they dont provide free drinking water as complimentary we have to pay 3 euros for one bottle of water. The staff is not always at the reception, they always stay at the back, youll have to call them for check in and check out....

We stayed for one night in September 2024 and enjoyed our stay. We were making our way from Marseille along the coast by train to Pisa to catch a direct flight back to Amsterdam (not so easy to find except from big cities). We picked this hotel from an app and feel that we lucked out as it was clean and comfortable with a pleasant staff. Its maybe a 15-20 minute walk away from the Tower- take a right out the fron...

A standard, unremarkable but pleasant hotel perfect for a night or two in Pisa. Great location directly opposite the train station for easy access to the rest of Italy or the airport. Staff were friendly and accommodating. I would go back again....
