We stayed for one night in September 2024 and enjoyed our stay. We were making our way from Marseille along the coast by train to Pisa to catch a direct flight back to Amsterdam (not so easy to find except from big cities). We picked this hotel from an app and feel that we lucked out as it was clean and comfortable with a pleasant staff. Its maybe a 15-20 minute walk away from the Tower- take a right out the fron...

A standard, unremarkable but pleasant hotel perfect for a night or two in Pisa. Great location directly opposite the train station for easy access to the rest of Italy or the airport. Staff were friendly and accommodating. I would go back again....

The staff at the hotel was nice, I was able to check in early after getting in on an early flight. For the most part, the room was clean but just very run down. When I first got in, I had to wash what appeared to be a silverfish down the bathtub drain. The wallpaper and ceiling is cracking and stained. There is no control over AC in the room, despite there being a thermostat. The bed was fine, not very comfortable. O...

As others have said.
Its a great location for travelling from the station and exploring Pisa.
The limited interaction we had with staff was very positive.
The reception area and lounge are very well appointed.
The rooms are dated, the worst NH hotel room I have stayed in to date. They do need an update. But saying that the big bed was very comfortable and it had some of the best pillows I have ever come across in ...

Not as expected

Small room, not clean. We paid for a superior room and were still very disappointed. Run down and not a 4/5 star hotel as advertised
No restaurant / bar which you'd expect from this type of hotel
Definitely not worth the money.
Check in - no information given re meals / breakfast.
All in all, wouldn't stay again and very disappointed...
