The room was very nice--clean and quiet. There was plenty of room to move around. There was refrigerator in the room. Towels were very thick. Beds were very comfy, the linens were very soft and the pillows were nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing we did not like is that the shower only had a hand held wand. I have a lot of mixed feelings about our stay here. We came here for half-term in October 2024. We came from London and booked because of a hotel offer that seemed too good to be true. This hotel offered a price for almost half of any other 5 star in the area, or even 4 star hotels that I looked at. I thought "wow", let's try this out!

The reception staff are horrendous they give you wrong information and when you try to pull them up on it they get very defensive and blames people who didnt even speak to you. I was told to if I upgrade we will have a room with a view as well as 2 queen size beds never mind queen size it wasnt even king it was double.
