Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, helpful and polite. Everywhere in the hotel was spotlessly clean, even the outside gets washed! Fabulous location, we walked to all the major landmarks. The bed was so comfortable, we took a picture of the mattress label to see if we could buy one ourselves. I would definitely stay here again, great location, very friendly staff, really nice morning breakfast, great bed and pillows. The one suggestion I would make to the hotel management is to find a way to create more space for clothing. Currently the room is more geared to people only staying a few days. We stayed 10 days. Simple things like providing hooks on the wall, there was plenty of room to do this on either si...

Lovely, comfortable room. Very friendly and attentive staff. Breakfasts were healthy and well set out. Room was clean and beautifully maintained on a daily basis. A great location, close to the Metro with plenty of shops and restaurants within an easy walking distance. I highly recommend this affordable and excellent accommodation....

Very nice and clean hotel. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff very polite and helpful. Location is perfect which made exploring the area incredibly convenient.
Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, this hotel is a fantastic choice. Ill definitely be staying here again on my next trip....

Four stars are too many for this hotel.

Four stars seem too much for the hotel. Breakfast selection is very limited, fruit quality is bad, almost no gluten free option. Space for breakfast is too small.
Cleaning was just ok, could be improved, with black dirt in the shower knob.
AC was not working in the room, neither the towels radiator. We informed about it, but it was not fixed.
Team was nice and helpful....
