Very unsatisfactory stay at the Mob House (Mr and Mrs Smith brand) booked through Hyatt. The hotel and the location in the Paris flea market are innovative and modern, but management (there does not seem to be any) lets its down badly. We visited this hotel for a few days as part of a package booked for myself, my wife and my teenage daughter with EasyJet Holidays. I'd read lots of mixed reviews for the Mob House so I wasn't sure what to expect however I was hopeful that maybe it had been a mix of the busy time whilst the Olympics were on and teething issues being so new, however I think the whole thing is just very average.

This hotel prioritises concept over content. Its nice that you are feeling you are getting a slightly unconventional experience but, because of that, its lacking in a bit of substance.

Fantastic stay at the MOB house - staff were very welcoming, rooms are well set up and the food was fantastic.
Loved the outdoor space, he pool area was well kept. They could do with a few more loungers, we had to go down early to make sure we got a seat.
Only downer was check out day! We were told we were allowed to use the facilities as we were flying back to the UK at 5pm so asked to use the pool until 3pm. We ...
