I would not recommend this hotel. Upon arrival they were an hour late getting us to our room, which it said on the website we could check in from 3pm. They gave us absolutely no explanation as to how long our room was going to be they seemed clueless and totally unbothered. When my partner asked at the desk, as he turned his back to walk away I could see sniggering behind the desk and funny looks pulled as they could...

i would absolutely not recommend this hotel upon arrival we where told to wait for our room as it was meant to be ready for 3pm according to the website however 30 minutes later it still wasn't ready i asked how long they said they don't know,1 hour later it was ready I didnt receive an apology or a reason why i was kept waiting so long, the room and hotel is perfect other then the rude staff on reception,when i chec...

For context, I stayed in the M Social in Singapore well over 100 nights over 3 years. It was great value and a fantastic guest experience. We regularly stay in Paris in a 3-4 star hotel but I thought wed give M Social a try.

Great location. Clean and tidy rooms.
Pre-arrival check-in was smooth, although check-in staff was not too friendly and welcoming when we arrived.
Complimentary bottle of wine was very nice and great service by most of the team.
Can not comment on the food as we did not eat in the hotel....

Great location, gentle walk down from Gare Du Nord, then a nice distance to all the sightseeing. Metro close by if you wish to use it, but we walked..
Rooms good size, extremely clean, not a mark on paintwork etc. Well equipped en-suite. cleaned and made up each day.
We were on the front side of the building on the 3rd floor, we could hear the busy traffic (Sunday morning was quiet thou) but it wasn't too intrusive.
