Our second time staying in this fabulous Paris hotel
Cannot fault it in any way
Lovely room / good customer service and a fab location for sight seeing / shopping in Paris
Breakfast is buffet style and very nice
Room has tea/ coffee and free soft drinks...

The hotel is in a great location. The rooms are very nice and the front desk friendly . The room service and restaurants wonderful and great to do business meetings in the location. The breakfast wonderful . The spa was disappointing . It was expensive and the ladies so friendly , but disappointing. My daughter enjoyed her facial . The pool is nice . The services I did a massage and facial was a total waste of money ...

Reception staff was exceptional in answer our questions or asking for directions. The traffic is busier than our stay in the St Germain area, but we would stay here again. ...
