We stayed here as the beginning of a barge trip and then also at the end. We got a free upgrade to a great room on the return trip. The breakfast was outstanding with great variety and quality. The staff was very helpful in answering our questions and handling our luggage.....

I was a Big fan of the Hotel but something changed from June /24 to oct24 there are standout employees who are magic

Im giving the hotel 5 Stars because of the employees, the location and the beauty of the rooms lobby and bar BUT something changed, employees are fleeing fast for other hotels, I heard from an ex employee that they are overworked, underpaid and under-appreciated. Staff are working 3-4 different positions because management cant keep staff. The ex employee called me to say that the job isnt fun anymore there, she ...

Stayed here for 4 nights with my fiance. Hotel was centrally located and walkable many restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and the metro! Room was very clean and bed was extremely comfortable. Would definitely stay here again while visiting Paris....

Its gorgeous on first impression but when we politely told them our room was 120* , I had high hopes theyd have it fixed by the time we came back from dinner. The mechanic was there very quickly but hours later nothing had changed. It was our last evening in Paris before flying home early in morning. wonderful hotel, beautiful rooms, lobby, excellent location near place vendome. really exceptional rooms, classically French. hotel is in a perfect location. very reasonably priced. helpful staff. much better than the price would indicate or other reviews....
