We have stayed at the Hotel Elysia previously when it was formerly known as the Champs Elysees Hotel a fair few times as a family of four. We were always more than happy with the standard of service and quality of the hotel. Great stay at the hotel. It was very clean comfortable and pleasant. The rooms were spacious too, and toilets had a hose. The service was exceptional provided by the reception desk. They were responsive and always ready to assist with any queries or requests. Especially Ossama, who was particularly helpful and went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel!...

We stayed at Hotel Elysia for three nights and had an exceptional experience. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a larger, more luxurious room than we had originally booked, which was a lovely surprise. The service was outstanding, with staff available 24/7 to assist with anything we needed. They even helped organize a birthday surprise in the room, which was executed perfectly.
