A bit disappointing

I was a bit disappointed for a few reasons: the thermostat wouldn't heat above 21 degrees which we raised with the concierge and they said that it was designed to not heat above that temperature which was difficult as it was so cold in Paris (snowing) during our stay. Also the curtains did not fully close which was disruptive for our sleep which we again raised with the concierge who advised that there was unfortunat...

Everything about the hotel and area was perfection!!! The staff was kind and helpful and the room was beyond charming. Towels and washcloths were plush. Linens were heavenly. Taxis and Ubers were available immediately. Shopping was just minutes away by foot. Would stay there again and again and again!...

This boutique hotel is absolutely gorgeous. Perfectly situation on a quiet street near the Opera House and Galleries Lafayette, with quick access to the metro and restaurants. The staff were superb, and we felt like we were taken care of from the second we walked through the door. Every inch of the hotel is designed and considered, making it a special place to stay....

The location was perfect, close to major attractions, and the historic charm added a special touch. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms were well-appointed and maintained, making for a truly enjoyable experience. Highly recommend for both business and leisure stays!...
