This Hotel is in a great location, just a block away from the Arc de Triomphie , only about a 35 minute stroll to the Eiffel Tower, pleasant atmosphere and welcoming staff, even the cleaning lady says good morning and they do a fantastic job at keeping your room spotless, you have tea and coffee making facilities in the room, along with a mini bar, breakfast is fresh and plentiful, with freshly baked croissants and o...

We stayed there in August. The location is very central to everything. A block from Arc D'Triomphe and Champ Eylsees. The subway to Eiffel tower station is close by and only 5 stops to the tower. We stayed as a family of 4 and the room was big enough for a few days. The buffet breakfast was really good, very fresh croissants and bakery items. Cold A/C which is welcomed on hot Paris days. Wonderful boutique hotel in the best location a few blocks from Arc d'Triomph. Great breakfast (pre-purchase it). Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Many great restaurants, shops, and Merci Jerome (a great bakery) within a block's walk. Rooms incredibly comfortable and clean-- and quiet. About a 20-30 Euro Uber from Eiffel Tower, but so close to everything else....

Lovely hotel but there are a couple of unfortunate elements. Its built around a central courtyard with very thin windows - which meant that every night a man would smoke in the courtyard and the smoke smell would infiltrate into our room even with closed windows and curtains. We complained and the hotel manager came into our room, acknowledged the smell (since they claim to be non smoking) and the man left. However ...

We loved the location of this hotel. The staff was efficient and helped us as needed. The hotel and room itself was so charming! We were a family of 4 and it was perfect for us. Also easy to walk from the train station and we also really enjoyed the proximity to The Arc. Highly recommend!!...
