Great bed, tiny shower.

Great area with lots of restaurants, bars & cafes, and a supermarket 1 minute walk away. Room was quite small (although not as bad as some Paris rooms) and shower was tiny. Bed & mattress extremely comfortable. Communal areas were so-so. Affordable and OK for a night....

Gentleman on reception was just as wet and miserable as the weather on our arrival.Absolutely no pizazz as beautiful Paris has! Perhaps a course in customer service skills is require, however the gentleman the next day was very helpful and did smile once or maybe twice! More friendly when guests leave then arrive??

We enjoyed our stay here, very comfortable and friendly. Great location and easily accessible from Charonne Metro station. There were plenty of options to eat close by and a lovely walk to Notre Dame, via Place de La Bastille, next to the Seine....

Lovely hotel, room was clean & spacious. We had a street view with a balcony. Staff at the hotel were lovely and spoke very good English. Location was wonderful and I will be using this hotel for my next stay in Paris....

I approached the receptionist on my way back from my activities and inform him there was no fan in my room as I had really suffered the night before, no fans in the room ,just one window , even when left opened no air/ breeze came in at all.
