We enjoyed our stay and happy with the front desk and concierge. Special thanks to Dario and Mass.
We were not pleased with the service at breakfast, the restaurant and bar. Thy lack a staff and not equipped to run a restaurant operation. At breakfast we would have to get everything ourselves, food orders were wrong and always difficult to get room service....

Hotel Berri is a gem of a smaller boutique hotel off the Avenue des Champs Elysees that is elegant in it decor, and friendly in its service. Guests are treated to kindest of assistance from everyone on staff. (the front of the house staff, in particular Gavin and Stephan were exceptionally helpful). My wife and I cannot wait to return....

Beautiful large suite room 007 ,although receptionist was new and was unsure where our room was ,but it was fine we got a tour of the hotel, not sure about the Japanese toilet , beds very comfortable did ask for harder pillows as ones on the bed very soft , the view was of an overgrown garden but that was fine going to be out all day , good location

We stayed here for few days in September 2024 and this was a great experience overall: excellent location near Arc de Triomphe, easily accessible to metro, beautiful rooms, amazing breakfast, lovely atmosphere, and above all exceptional staff.
They went above and beyond to make our stay in Paris very memorable and unique. Special thanks to Benjamin, Eliane, Aminata and the concierge team!...

I was celebrating my 60th birthday, while also traveling solo for the first time since losing my husband of 32 years. It was an emotional but empowering trip.
