The hotel is well-located between Montage Street and Champs Elysees surrounded by restaurants, grocery stores, and 2 metro stations. Rooms are clean and spacious with cute amenities, all those great assets get stained by the cold and I'd say, rude staff, once you arrive they just process your check-in without any kind, of welcome. In and out every day the staff hardly attempt to say bonjour, you greet them in Englis...

The perfect hotel for my birthday trip. We had a little mix up the night before due to go, with the hotel cancelling the trip due to an unexpected pre-payment we were not aware of and emails going into junk folder so watch out for that however the hotel reinstated the booking in the morning and we could relax. The hotel ambience is very lush, and the Eiffel tower privilege room was a great size, comfy bed and pillows...

We had a wonderful stay here. The location was great, & we had a top floor room overlooking the rooftops of Paris. If we leaned out the window & looked to the right we could see the Eiffel Tower, but there was wire mesh in the way.
The bed was very comfortable & our room was very quiet for sleeping. Our son was comfortable on the sofa bed. Lovely bathroom & shower.

I have used this hotel for 2 small conferences. It's location is amazing to everything. The staff are so caring, and work very had to keep the guests happy. The breakfast is fantastic, and the restaurant at the hotel is superb. The rooms are very clean and well kept....
