From start to finish - a memorable stay with 2 of my best friends. A home away from home. Exceptional in all areas. Hotel staff were a standout in terms of ability, attentiveness, kindness and always with a big smile. A special shout out to Paola who we were lucky enough to have many dealings with. I recently stayed at this hotel and had an amazing experience. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The service was exceptional; the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The facilities are beautiful and well-maintained, adding to the overall enjoyment of my visit. St Jaume hotel - one of my most favourite hotels.

This was my 2nd visit to the lovely Sant Jaume hotel and as before, I was greeted by the lovely staff and welcomed back to this quiet oasis in the heart of Palma old town.
The hotel, whilst in one of the old narrow cobbled streets, boasts a modern interior and offers a restful ambiance away from the bustling centre not far away.
