Good choice for exploring Palma

We stayed here the last few days of our Mallorca trip to explore Palma. Staff were friendly and helpful, location was close to public transport and 30 minute walk to the markets, although uphill so beware if you have mobility issues. Our room was a junior suite on a high floor with lovely views. Room was spacious and clean, bed comfy. They provided a cot with cute baby sheets for my son. Nice little touches with cof...

Superb Hotel

Lovely Hotel. I stayed here for two nights; this Hotel was excellent. It has modern facilities, is very clean, has all the amenities, and has nice, friendly staff. It also has a lovely Spa and swimming pool.
It's only a few minutes to the busy marina area and about 25 minutes to the central shopping district,
I would highly recommend this Hotel....

This is the tenth year we have been coming and are currently here !! Have to say despite paying premium for a terrace the hotel room is definately looking tired. Not spotless room as weve had before. Terrace table dirty upon arrival. Bathroom tired and shower had piece missing. Breakfast is very disappointing compared to previous years. Found a mouldy peach in the bowl. An excellent stay at this terrific hotel. An easy 20 minute walk or a 6/7 cab into Palma centre, this hotel is in a quiet residential area but adjacent to the lively Catalina district with countless bars and restaurants. The only reason Im knocking this review down a tiny bit is the half hour walk to Palma centre - can be a bit sweaty on those scorching days. But a taxi is only 7ish so no big deal.
The staff are attentive, friendly and helpful.
I like the policy of the pool not opening until 10am - prevents the towels on the sun bed technique and then go to breakfast. Theres no mad rush for sunbeds even then - maybe Palma has ...
