great location, but thats all there is left of this tragic hotel
rooms are in terrible state, lesse then 3 star hotel
noisy windows half broken, bathrooms falling apart and so son the list goes on
doors of your rooms are no isolation to any noisy late night people coming back
reception was not much of a welcome as well...

The Hotel is understaffed and under pressure due to bad management ( staff explanation). No food available in the evening and bar is closed. Probably better to stay in self catering instead of paying for Hotel amenities that arent available. Fantastic location and loved Palma but wouldnt stay in this hotel again. Rooms are dirty and in need of maintenance, painting etc. Toiletries are not as pictured, no slippers o...

Amazing location and hotel. We travel with our two kids and we felt very welcome by all staff members. From bartenders, receptionists and housekeep. They all smiled, said hello and ask if we needed help with our strollers. Especially Dimitar was amazing and giving our son extra attention. I would recommend this hotel to everybody with or without kids.

This is a lovely hotel in the the centre of Palma, a good location a short walk from the train station for the trip to Soller and short walk into the old town and access to many restaurants. The rooms and facilities were very good, good hairdryer and straighteners provided and the beds were comfy with excellent pillows. This hotel is lovely and in a great position. I went with a couple of friends and we had a room each. One over looking the courtyard and other two, one to the side and one out the back, unfortunately the side room was def noisy through the night.
