Fantastic room over looking the marina, comfortable bed, lovely location close to the marina and town. The staff are amazing very helpful and will help in anyway possible. Breakfast is a very good selection with a beautiful view over the harbour

Nice hotel - but our room full of ants!

My parents and I stayed in this accommodation for 2 nights. The location was nice and the hotel itself as well.
However, on our first night we recognised an ant in our room and just removed it. Our balcony door was closed all the time!
After the 2nd night, we saw A LOT OF ANTS IN OUR ROOM AND MY MUM WOKE UP, FULLY BITTEN BY THE ANTS!
After contacting the customer service, asking for a refund, we have not receive...

10/10 for everything!! Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff/ cleanliness/ view/ comfy beds/ varied and fresh breakfast buffet/ location/ no. 4 bus into town every 10 minutes/ plenty pool loungers .
My friend and I stayed for 4 nights...most enjoyable and relaxing trip. We'll definitely make a return visit ....

Stayed here as 3 friends for 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. Everything was perfect and the staff so helpful and friendly. We had a standard room on the second floor - beds were super comfy, room nice, cleaned daily. Air conditioning was good but noisy on full.
