Situated on a pedestrianised area close to old town (easily walkable) hotel staff were exceptional. I needed something extra for our room which was sorted quickly. Breakfast is wonderful. We stayed one night in this small but lovely hotel. It is in a perfect location in Palma city centre and taxi to/from the airport was just under 25 each way. We had breakfast which was part continental buffet with choice of additional ordering of hot food. It was very nice and I would recommend. We booked two twin rooms as a group of friends. We were greeted by Alexandra who was very friendly and helpful. She showed us on a map where the good places to eat were and visit. The location was great and it was extremely easy to get about on foot and also to grab a taxi and visit other areas. We were looking for a hotel for a short stay in Palma before continuing our journey, so it was important to us that it be close to the places that are worth seeing in such a short period of time. The hotel is a 10-15 minute walk from the most important streets, the cathedral, shops or numerous cafes. The hotel itself is located in a pedestrian zone, so there is no traffic noise.

Currently staying for two night before heading to Magaluf for a few days. The room is spotlessly clean, well decorated and designed and no issues at all with noise.
Pool on the roof, which we didnt use because we didnt get chance but looked great. Staff welcoming and full of local knowledge which was a god send and welcomed.
