Despite a beautiful location on Mondello bay and great pool and sea access the quality of rooms is appalling. I was unable to sleep in first floor room due to constant noise from central air conditioning plant, after complaints by phone to reception at 5 am noise was reduced somewhat but then hotel staff started another jeep mounted hugely noisy machine right under my room window, reception said this was disinfestat...

The best feature of this place is the location. The staff is very nice and they try very hard to be helpful. The property is poorly maintained. My wife and I were here with two other couples. The bar runs out of ice cubes. Looks like there is only one machine in the entire place. At some point you will be having drinks with no ice. You will have more ice cubes in your house. From what I can tell only half the rooms ...

Haven't even been here 24 hours and I am extremely disappointed. 4 trips to the main lobby to get the keys to work. Dont forget to ask them to make sure they also ser up your key to open your lights. I was not informed of anything at check in...like need to press 9 in order to call the front desk. Was not told aparking spot was NOT definitely held for you. Wonderful location, stunning views.
But this hotel is a disaster, rude, arrogant staff, complete lack of security and safety, and inedible food.
No management and nobody taking responsibility.
The hotel is in need of complete refurbishment.
Lovely swimming pool, but no service or food and all beds prebooked. Despite meeting with junior management, we left, feeling very disappointed ...

The most fantastic hotel on the ocean close to Palermo. Hotel rooms were amazing with beautiful views of the ocean, the staff were friendly and efficient and the breakfast and dinner options were first class.
Easy to get to Palermo by taxi or bus with all the relaxation of the pool and ocean breezes....
