perfect hotel. was by far the best part of our trip. flawlessly clean, every single staff member was so friendly and helpful. breakfast everyday was lovely, coffees and drinks throughout the day and a delicious upscale dinner. the hotel is absolutely beautiful and the pool was fantastic. our room had a large balcony and stunning view. cannot say enough nice things about this hotel....

For the price, this place is a deal, BUT the service of this place was a GEM. The night hotel concierge stayed up late and waited for us as our plane was delayed several hours. We were so grateful for her. The breakfast was also fantastic. Parking was FREE and plentiful which is rare in Palermo....

We contacted them approx 9 months before the wedding, they were always incredibly responsive and available to answer any questions. Stayed here with family for 2 nights the hotel is lovely its fresh and clean with a lovely outdoor pool ( spa too however we didnt use that). Its remote so lovely and peaceful. We had issue with our flights so arrived very late for our check in and were very exhausted . The staff were so lovely getting us checked in quickly and coffees and croissants it was definitely a lovely welcome after an exhausting journey....

Things TUI forget to tell you

TUI on their write up are not telling the whole truth. They fly into the airport which is nearly two hours away. They should fly into Palmero. The hotel is beautiful but set in the mountains with no local transport. To walk to the nearest village is dangerous and takes around 45 minutes downhill and coming back is all up hill. They do not mention where the hotel is located, so unless you have your own transport its ...
