Excellent service, warm welcome and brilliantly positioned for walking around Palermo. It's up a single flight of steep stairs so may be less suitable for people with disabilities. Good breakfast. Good value for money. Comfortable rooms. Air conditioning. Would stay again....

This hotel is in a excellent and beautiful location, the staff were excellent and very helpful. But this hotel is in DESPERATE need of renovation: we were in a Classico room on the back of the hotel; Im afraid the view wasnt quite what we expected but we were prepared to pay to upgrade to a Superior room with a piazza view and the view from the room we moved to did not disappoint. Three of us stayed here, we each had our own room. The hotel is quaint, clean, with a wonderful staff. They were so helpful. Two of us wanted to go to a hair salon and one of the ladies at the front desk (I wish I could remember her name) recommended a place. Turned out to be one of the best coIor and cut I had ever had. we were bumped from another hotel nearby and they were able to accommodate us with an available room. The entry to the hotel was fair but the lobby although small was very nice. the rooms also were very nice. The staff service was excellent and helped us more than they needed to. Charming, perfectly located hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the view of the plaza was perfect. The doors to the balcony were pretty soundproof considering the level of activity in the plaza on a busy weekend.
