Location was great--right in the heart of everything. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed after being misled by the very positive reviews. We were given 2 rooms next to each other, but they were very basic and not what was promised. The desk clerk moved us to 2 different rooms on separate floors. Some peeling paint, and uncomfortable beds with old bedding. The bathroom was so small, and I had to turn sideways to...

This hotel unfortunately has more negatives than positives. This is no reflection on the staff who were helpful and friendly but there was a language barrier.
Positives
The location is great! We were able to walk to most attractions. There was a plethora of great restaurants nearby and we were spoilt for choice.

The room had no working air con, the bathroom door wouldnt shut or lock, there were flies walking over all the breakfast food (which was a small and poor selection already), the beds had stains on. Overall it just felt unsanitary and not well maintained - would not recommend...

Unfortunately we were very disappointed after being misled by the very positive reviews - The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful but the two rooms had peeling paint, mosquitoes and very uncomfortable beds and very old bedding - the bathroom had no drain and therefore flooded from the bidet hose! The street outside overlooking the park was very noisy and smell of urine from the park was constantly present...

Absolutely perfect boutique Hotel

We absolutely loved our stay at the hotel Joli, the room was immaculate, fresh towels and room service every day, the buffet breakfast was varied and plentiful, staff were friendly and courteous, bonus it was within minutes of all that Palermo has to offer.. marina, amazing light and music show, theatre Massimo ( the godfather) Palermo Cathedral, Quattro Canti, plus so much more....
