This is one of, if not the best, hotel my wife and I have stayed in.
Everything was amazing. The customer service is remarkable and all the staff were super super helpful, friendly and warm, always greeting you with a smile and ready to assist you.
They also had excellent knowledge of the area and were able to recommend some great places to visit and restaurants to dine at.
My wife and I came for our 20th anniversary...

This hotel is the nicest in Palermo. Great location. Walk to everything especially the markets in old town at night. So cool. Clean and beautiful! Will stay here again for sure!!
Breakfast was included and was very good. We also had dinner in the hotel which had great ambiance...

This hotel is a luxury oasis in a charming, but chaotic city. It's centrally located and within easy walking distance from the main points of interest. The rooms are well appointed, bathrooms are marble with heated floors, adding another nice touch. Staff are courteous. There is a good choice for breakfast ...

Perfect location to walk to many sites. Close to opera house. Many restaurants nearby. Easy walk to waterfront. Hotel is gorgeous. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful bar area. Room was very spacious and clean. Lots of history in this hotel, take the time to walk around. Highly recommend...
