This hotel is a luxury oasis in a charming, but chaotic city. It's centrally located and within easy walking distance from the main points of interest. The rooms are well appointed, bathrooms are marble with heated floors, adding another nice touch. Staff are courteous. There is a good choice for breakfast ...

Perfect location to walk to many sites. Close to opera house. Many restaurants nearby. Easy walk to waterfront. Hotel is gorgeous. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful bar area. Room was very spacious and clean. Lots of history in this hotel, take the time to walk around. Highly recommend...

This hotel is very clean,has a good location and seems to have a great staff. The restaurant is just ok, not a lot of variety though. My main complaint is with the linens. They were extremely old and towels had holes, a big turnoff for me. We travel a lot, so it is difficult to see a 4-5 ⭐️ rating here!...

We loved this hotel! We love Palermo! The hotel is in a wonderful location - easy walk to all major sites. The staff is very friendly and eager to assist. Our room was lovely and well appointed. The hotel is in an ideal location in Palermo. The service, staff, and amenities were excellent. The foyer is beautifully appointed, as is the spacious dining area. The staff was extremely helpful when explaining directions to certain areas, providing recommendations, etc. ...
