the hotel is good, the staff very friendly, also the breakfast is nice but the rooms are basic. no heating available at this period (november) so we were cold in the rooms. ...

Stayed here twice during my visit to Sicily. The hotel is centrally located just by one of the main attractions of Palermo and in walking distance to most. 15 min walk from the central railway station. Very friendly welcome, and my room was spacious and clean, with laminated floors (I'm not very fond of carpets) and it even had a fridge. Good bed and linen, so slept very well.

Location, in the heart of the historical city center with a touch of youth vibe type of service, quick check in and out process. The hotel is modern but our room lacked of maintenance, specially the bathroom. Didn't book the hotel breakfast as there is plenty offer of cafés in the surroundings. Located just a minute from Quattro Canti, this hotel is within walking distance of Palermo Cathedral, ,Teatro Massimo, and the train stationideal for those traveling by public transport. The staff, especially Mariachiara, were considerate and helpful, offering great support to us as we traveled with my elderly mother.
