Staff were very helpful. On arrival we were given a sub standard room, hotel was full. How they were most helpful in providing an upgraded room the next day. Made the difference in providing a great stay...

Misleading room description, lacking basics, no effective air cooling, no window!

Good lacation and nice breakfast. The room was only 40cm widwr and longer than 2 single beds pushed together. Twin room. The room is descrubed and shown online as having a mini fridge, desk, chair and comfy chair but had none of these. Room very hot 23c+, air con blwing all night but no effect actually warming room up despite being set at 19c. Very surprised there was no window behind the curtain, no air and little l...

Great hotel, especially blond female front desk manager, who was super nice, professional, always smiling, very friendly and welcoming !!! Centrally located within close proximity to all attractions. Would definitely recommend it and stay in this hotel!!!...

since I filled in the "survey" of Scandic and got no response, here is my review of our stay from August 20 to 22, 2024. In the meantime of our booking and departure, the room prices had dropped and we got an upgrade in room, or so we thought. we got a room under the roof with vellum windows, which were absolutely not soundproof, one was not even waterproof and was rotten.
