It Really Is Grand

We had a beautiful room with small balcony onto the park. Unfortunately, the bath was tiny, the towels actually bigger than the space. We coped.
Breakfast buffet hectic and delicious. Best pastries in Norway.
The staff were very accommodating, carried our bags to the room.
Be assured it is all happening at the Grand. Stay here if you can....

More Grand this time but one hiccup

This stay was much better than last time. Great first impression that the room was available early.
Lovely Junior suite with view. Bonus with hottub after a 20 km training walk.
Parked in the garage, great service.
Only issue was the headwaiter/host for breakfast.
She was rude, not welcoming and not a good fit for the service industry.
I had ordered some pancakes for my wife(gluten and lactosefree)

Try to always stay here, and their service is always top notch. Stil, an old hotel with the old style, but clean and nice decorations.
Room this time was a delux room, so a bit big for me, but ok. The closes space a bit worn down, and no shoe horn or umbrella. The drawers felt a bit cheap.

This is a beautiful hotel in Oslo. Great location, the staff are extremely helpful. It offers good value for money and we would not have wanted to stay anywhere else in Oslo. Highly recommend it....
