Close to commuter Oslo S. From here you are at the doorstep of Oslo and the near by area. Kind staff, no fuss without detracting from the expiriensce....

Excellent location, right in the centre and near transport options to everywhere.
Rooms were a little basic (and no safe at all) but adequate. Not much storage but bathroom was big.
Breakfast was excellent, lots of options and unlimited. Even good for vegans!!
Staff were very helpful and friendly and upgraded us when we had an issue with the lights in the bedroom - couldn't fault them at all.
All in all a great ...

Good central location and the hotel connects to the main train station and an area of restaurants. Very good price for an expensive city. Old rooms with high ceilings as its an old building with an interesting history.
For those who have never used a 'barception' before, it may be a nice idea, which no doubt cuts down on staff and costs - but when I arrive to check in, tired from a flight and airports and buses/tax...

The location is perfect at Oslo Central Station. Take flytoget train to reach this station is 20++mins. We stayed in a compact double room. With 2 big luggage, there is hardly any space to walk around (a lot like hotels room in japan). There are hot shower, body&hair wash, hair dryer and hangers in the room. Take note that no safe, disposable toiletries, kettle, utensils or crockery provided. Radiator doesn't feel ho...

Dark, pokey and claustrophobic. Tatty decor with worn furnishings. Plenty of sockets but nowhere to put anything. Very basic facilities - not even a bathmat. Drab lobby like a waiting room. Very poor quality compared even with other chains....
