This hotel is a surprise on many counts. The breakfast is as good as it gets. And the hotel also offers a no-charge "light dinner," but there's nothing light about it. It's a full meal. They also offer "Fika" which is a sweet along with coffee and tea. The design of the rooms and common spaces reflects the neighboring theater. Good location but lacking amenities.

We used the hotel mainly due to our plans for the theater. Went with another couple, two superior rooms. Great location for easy access to the theater and not far from Oslo central station. Not the best Clarion I have used. Only coffee option is in reception. Why not a service in the room? No bar, the independent Grilleriet next to the hotel closes at 10, right after the show. Then one must go out in town, or shop be...

We absolutely LOVED staying at this hotel. The staff we encountered were all very friendly. Location was central to the main shopping area and easily walkable to the water and points of interest.
We stayed in the Family room with my family of 4 and there was plenty of space for all of us.
There was coffee and tea available in the lobby at all times and best of all they had a scrumptious and large selection of buffe...

Great location in the center of town, short distance to everything. Pleasant staff who always do their best to make us feel comfortable. Offers both fica and supper for free and the breakfast is just amazing! My favorite hotel in town!...

Location was top notch. Breakfast was good but dinner was subpar. Fika was okay. The rooftop views were great. The staff was good....
