Great hotel - location close to station/Opera House and Munch Museum - very friendly staff - comfy bed - breakfast great - evening meals were wholesome and tasty (it is NOT a restaurant!) - rooms a bit tired and needed a coat of paint! Overall great...

The hotel in the center so it's good place. But the staff not so kind and reserved with booking.com and I selected superior room but what I had is a hole....

Great location, nice breakfast and spacious family room

We stayed in the family room which was perfect for our family of four, nice spacious adjoining room. The staff here are so friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to make your stay more comfortable. There was plenty of choice at breakfast. The evening light supper was just right for that time. Location is pretty handy and you can walk from the station, tram and bus stop. Easy stroll to the Opera Hous...

Room was supposed to be a superior room but has NO windows with an outside view !!!
Only a view to an inside place very unlikely ...
