Very friendly and helpful staff, modern reception and lounging area, good breakfast. Standard budget room was fine but small bed, we paid to upgrade to a newly refurbished room and it was lovely! Great location with tram stop outside. Bathroom was a wet room, personal preference let that down. Overall, very enjoyable experience....

Correct Hotel.
Taking in mind the prices OSLO (expensive). This hotel offers a correct staying.
Room was Ok, well isolated from noise and cold (for november). Shower was a little small, and hot water came good after the first attemp to graduate it.
EASY check in and check out, and Breakfast was very good and many things to offer. Staff was nice and they even offered us hot water for free to make ourselfs a tea when ...

I rated this a 4 out of five purely on the room at 1st I paid for 2 people friends but didnt give option for 2 single beds so when I enquired I was offered to pay 1200 nok £86 pounds for upgrade the upgrade wasnt really an upgrade it was what I can only assume was the original bed just separated there were also no cups or coffee options in the room bathroom was quite small as well however hotel reception bar area (...

The service was great and even offered us a late check out for free. The breakfast was great, plenty to choose from hot or cold, lactose free items and crepes available. The room was clean and had a nice view of the city centre. Dont take taxi in Oslo as its dangerously expensive and I swear they scam you. We had a 5 mins ride and they charged us £29! The shower room was a bit small as the doors dont seal properly ...

We stayed here as a family of 3 for 4 nights in November.
The room was clean and spacious and equipped with the usual others you'd expect. We were on the 8th floor and had a great view of the city to the back of the hotel.
The booking came with breakfast which was always well stocked and had plenty of options from cooked to continental with some Norwegian bits available to try.
